This necklace is stunning! It's a lovely length and the engraving is beautiful and means so much to me. I love this necklace so much, I also don't have to worry about it being the "right way round" as either side is the right way. Ordered 2 gold tag necklaces - they’re beautiful. One arrived unfortunately spelt incorrectly. My own fault - my niece has a very awkwardly spelt name. I contacted M.Elizabeth immediately and a replacement was sent out the same day with a returns postage for the incorrectly spelt tag. Smooth,efficient and friendly customer service. Got a matching set of these for myself and the wife and very happy with the purchase.
Putting on the bracelets was straight forward with help from the instructions and was a nice moment to lock the bracelets onto each other. The chain itself is very light weight but feels strong - I forget it's there until it's catches my eye or I get a comment.
I play football and touch rugby so did worry that it might snag on something and break but no issues at all on that front.
All in all very happy and would recommend.

I treated myself to the silver heart love link bracelet in February & it has been on my wrist ever since. I love it as there is no tarnishing & doesn't irritate my skin (have other jewellery that itches). It has survived getting tangled in the other bracelets I wear & countless exercise classes. There is QR codes to scan to send you to instruction videos & Kerry answers messages very quickly if you have any questions. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful necklace, contacted Kerry who was able to customise and do two charms for each of my daughter’s names on one chain. Love the customisable length making it so versatile to wear with other necklaces. So lightweight yet sturdy, I’ve had a baby pulling on it all day and it has stayed in place. Great customer service and product will definitely recommend to friends and order again in the future.
