We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery purchase from our website. However, please note the following returns policy:
1. **Returns:** We accept returns for non-personalized jewellery items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. **Exclusions:** Earrings and personalized pieces are excluded from our return policy. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalized pieces, including engraved items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.
3. **Exchange:** We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
4. **Refunds:** Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. **Damaged or Defective Items:** If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
6. **Return Process:** To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
