Warranty Policy


We have so much faith in the craftsmanship of our jewellery that every piece we sell is covered by our one year warranty. The warranty applies to all items purchased directly from M. Elizabeth and covers any manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period.

Within the warranty period, if the item is proven to have a manufacturing defect under normal use, M. Elizabeth will provide a like for like replacement, at no charge - If a like for like replacement is not available, an alternative of equal value or similar style will be provided.

Any replacement item will be covered under a new warranty period from the date of issue.

What does the Warranty not cover?

  • General wear and tear, improper handling or lack of care
  • Damages caused by repairs, or adjustments carried out by a third party
  • Lost or stolen jewellery

How to make a claim on the Warranty
